Do I need a referral to book?
No referral needed. You can book a GP consult, an aesthetic treatment, an IV drip or a weight-loss consult directly — by phone, WhatsApp or the form on this page.
Do you work with medical aid?
We’ll give you a detailed invoice to claim from your medical aid where your plan allows. Cover varies by scheme and procedure, so please confirm the specifics with reception when you book.
What happens at a first aesthetics visit?
It starts with a short, no-pressure consultation. A registered practitioner assesses your skin or concern, talks through your options and gives you a clear quote before anything is done.
Can I walk in for an IV wellness drip?
IV drips are available on a walk-in basis or by appointment. Everything else — GP, aesthetics and body treatments — is by booking, so we can set aside the right time for you.
Is there parking at the practice?
Yes — there’s parking at 42 Ingleby Avenue, Crosby.
